摘要
为了满足用户对清洗系统清洁效果好、清洗物损伤小的期望,参照手洗清洁方式,设计了一种仿揉搓和捶打的清洗系统。介绍了这一清洗系统的组成和各子系统结构、功能,通过有限元方法验证了关键部件的结构可靠性,并给出了所使用的智能控制系统。
In order to meet the user’s expectations for good cleaning effect of the cleaning system and less damage to the cleaning object,a cleaning system that imitates kneading and thrashing was designed with reference to the hand washing cleaning method.The composition of this cleaning system and the structure and function of each subsystem were introduced,the structural reliability of key component was verified by the finite element method,and the intelligent control system used was given.
