摘要
介绍了全自动KN95口罩机的结构,分析了其控制方案。选用1511T-1PN工艺型中央处理器、V90PN 2.5 kW高惯量绝对值电机、V90PN 0.75 kW低惯量绝对值电机和V90PN 0.4 kW低惯量绝对值电机,由此将西门子V90PN伺服系统应用于全自动KN95口罩机。给出了生产流程,并分析了主要功能。
The structure of the fully automatic KN95 mask machine was introduced, and its control scheme was analyzed.The 1511T-1PN CPU, V90PN 2.5 kW high inertia absolute value motor, V90PN 0.75 kW low inertia absolute value motor and V90PN 0.4 kW low inertia absolute value motor were selected, so that the Siemens V90PN servo system was applied to the automatic KN95 mask machine.The production process was given and the main functions were analyzed.
