摘要
目的探讨精细化管理模式在提高科室患者计划性出院率中的应用。方法调查科室计划性出院率低的相关因素,运用5why法进行根本原因分析,结合科室现状,制定标准化预出院流程。结果精细化管理实施后科室计划性出院率提高至91.25%,患者在院滞留时间缩短至19 min,满意度提升至92.65分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理模式能提高科室计划性出院执行率,减少患者在院滞留时间,提高患者满意度。
Objective:To explore the application of refined management in improving the planned discharge rate of patients in the department.Method:The factors related to the low planned discharge rate were investigated,the 5-why method was used for root cause analysis,and standardized pre-discharge procedures were developed in combination with the current situation of the department.Result:After the implementation of refined management,the planned discharge rate of the department increased to 91.25%;the stay time of patients was shortened to 19 min;and the satisfaction rate increased to 92.65 points,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Refined management can improve the execution rate of planned discharge,reduce patients’staying time in hospital,and improve patients’satisfaction.
