ICD-11发布背景下中医类学生职业认同感提升策略研究

摘要 目的分析在ICD-11发布背景下,中医类学生职业认同感及其影响因素,为提高中医类学生职业认同感、提升中医药文化自信、加大中医药人才储备提供建议。方法对广州某中医药高校204名中医类医学生进行问卷调查,分析中医类学生职业认同感及其影响因素。结果中医类学生职业认同感总体平均得分为(3.41±0.57);年级、知晓途径和第几志愿是中医类学生职业认同感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论中医类学生职业认同感中等偏上。中医的发展应保持忧患意识,从政策导向、学校教育、新闻舆论等方面推动中医类学生职业认同感的稳步提升,并提出建设好中医药双一流大学学科、促进教学改革和国际交流等人才发展策略。 Objective:To analyze the professional identity of TCM students and its influencing factors,and provide suggestions for improving the professional identity of TCM students,enhancing the self-confidence of TCM culture and expanding the talent reserve of TCM under the background of the release of ICD-11.Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 204 TCM students in a TCM university in Guangzhou to analyze specially the professional identity of TCM students and its influencing factors.Result:The overall average score of professional identity of TCM students was(3.41±0.57);Grade,way of knowing and rank of choice were the influencing factors of TCM students’professional identity(P<0.05).Conclusion:The professional identity of TCM students is moderately high.The TCM development should keep the sense of danger,promote the steady improvement of TCM students’professional identity from the aspects of policy orientation,school education,news and public opinion,and put forward the talent development strategies for building TCM double first-class university disciplines,and promoting teaching reform and international exchanges.
