为了满足军工产品市场需求,开拓“民参军”市场,设计了3×200kW军用基地保障电站。结果表明:该电站采用开式结构,布局合理,具有可靠性高、安全性好、操作维护方便的特点。该电站采用应急手动、模块控制和触摸屏控制技术,可实现应急手动控制、手动模块控制、自动平时、自动战时、遥控手动和遥控自动等多模式工况运行;采用应急手动模式下垂并机控制技术,模块出现故障时能实现机组的手动并机及功率管理,确保应急情况下供电的可靠性。同时,该电站采用AGC4并机模块内部逻辑编程控制技术,3台机组实现自动平时和自动战时两种工作模式,可根据负载大小和运行时间调整在线机组数量和机组间轮换运行,实现负载经济运行和延长机组使用寿命。

In order to meet the market demand of military products and develop the market of"civilian participation in the army",a 3×200kW military base support power station is designed.The results show that the power station is of open structure,reasonable layout,high reliability,good safety and convenient operation and maintenance.The power station adopts emergency manual,module control and touch screen control technology,which can realize multi-mode operation such as emergency manual control,manual module control,automatic peacetime,automatic wartime,remote manual and remote automatic;The droop parallel control technology in emergency manual mode is adopted.In case of module failure,the manual parallel operation and power management of the unit can be realized to ensure the reliability of power supply in emergency.At the same time,the power station adopts the internal logic programming control technology of AGC4 parallel module.The three units realize automatic peacetime and automatic wartime working modes.The number of on-line units and the rotation operation between units can be adjusted according to the load size and operation time,so as to realize the economic operation of the load and prolong the service life of the units.
