乡村振兴战略中农业机械化的价值与发展研究

Study on the Value and Development of Agricultural Mechanization in Rural Revitalization Strategy

随着农业机械化的快速发展,农业机械已全方位渗入农业生产的各个方面,但是我国农业机械化发展还存在诸多不平衡、不协调、不可持续的问题。要实施好乡村振兴战略,加快推进农业农村现代化,农业机械化是必然选择。农业机械化深刻影响农业生产方式、农民生活方式、农村生态环境,有利于推动乡村产业振兴、带动乡村人才振兴、推动乡村生态振兴。笔者以乡村振兴战略中农业机械化的价值和发展方向为研究对象,对农业机械化的现状和未来进行了分析和剖解,说明了新时代我们要全面深刻把握乡村振兴战略中农业机械化的价值,从其历史使命到根本遵循再到发展路径,探寻新时代农业机械化的出路。研究结果表明,全面建设社会主义现代化强国,最艰巨最繁重的任务在农村,最大的潜力和后劲也在农村。农业作为第一产业,对经济社会稳定发展起着“压舱石”作用,我们要加强前瞻性思考、全局性谋划、战略性布局、整体性推进,构建农业机械新发展格局,立足中国特色社会主义乡村振兴道路,坚定不移地推进农业机械化与现代化发展。

With the rapid development of agricultural mechanization,agricultural machinery has penetrated into all aspects of agricultural production in an all-round way,but there are still many unbalanced,uncoordinated and unsustainable problems in the development of agricultural mechanization in China.To implement the strategy of rural revitalization and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,agricultural mechanization is an inevitable choice.Agricultural mechanization profoundly affects agricultural production methods,farmers’lifestyles,and rural ecological environment,and is conducive to promoting the revitalization of rural industries,driving the revitalization of rural talents,and promoting rural ecological revitalization.Taking the value and development direction of agricultural mechanization in the rural revitalization strategy as the research object,the author analyzes and analyzes the current situation and future of agricultural mechanization,and explains that in the new era,we should comprehensively and deeply grasp the value of agricultural mechanization in the rural revitalization strategy,and explore the way out of agricultural mechanization in the new era from its historical mission to fundamental compliance and then to the development path.The results of the study show that the most arduous and arduous task in building a modern and powerful socialist country in an all-round way lies in the rural areas,and the greatest potential and stamina are also in the rural areas.As a primary industry,agriculture plays a“ballast stone”role in the stable development of economy and society,we must strengthen forward-looking thinking,overall planning,strategic layout,overall promotion,build a new development pattern of agricultural machinery,based on the road of socialist rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics,and unswervingly promote the development of agricultural mechanization and modernization.
