摘要 T型梁一般应用在一些重型机械和重要零部件配合中,因此对其耐久性和安全性具有很高的要求。T型梁结构相对简单,研究T型梁形变和受力可以提高其在工作中的可靠性。基于此,本研究采用SolidWorks对T型梁进行建模,并通过选择单元类型、定义材料模型、划分网格等系列操作建立机构的有限元模型,介绍了基于ANSYS的模态分析理论,通过加载条件求解出固有频率,通过扩展模态获得T型梁的五阶模态参数。研究结果表明,从T型梁的变形云图可以发现,T型梁在此结构参数、材料下,变形不大,且在理论的可控范围内,可以有效地避免共振。本研究能为机构配合和T型梁的使用设计提供参考,极大地减少共振的发生,并为后期T型梁的优化设计和故障诊断提供参考依据。 T-shaped beam is generally used in some heavy machinery and important parts,so it has high requirements for durability and safety.The structure of T-shaped beam is relatively simple.Studying the deformation and stress of T-shaped beam can improve its reliability in work.Based on this,the research group uses SolidWorks to model the T-shaped beam,and establishes the finite element model of the mechanism through a series of operations such as selecting element type,defining material model,meshing,etc.It introduces the modal analysis theory based on ANSYS,solves the natural frequency through loading conditions,and obtains the fifth order modal parameters of the T-shaped beam through expanding the mode.The research results show that,from the deformation nephogram of the T-shaped beam,it can be found that the T-shaped beam has little deformation under the structural parameters and materials,and can effectively avoid resonance within the controllable range of the theory.This study can provide a reference for the design of mechanism coordination and the use of T-shaped beam,greatly reduce the occurrence of resonance,and provide a reference for the optimization design and fault diagnosis of T-shaped beam in the later period.
