摘要
为进一步提高地面气象观测中气温观测数据的采集、处理效率,提高气温观测数据的精确性、连续性,笔者根据2019年内蒙古气象部门开展的山洪地质灾害防治气象保障工程建设任务——多传感器温度雨量融合系统建设,介绍了气温多传感器融合系统的结构,从气温传感器、湿度传感器、气温融合控制器等方面分析了系统各部分工作原理,详细介绍了写入气温多传感器融合控制器的融合算法实现过程,阐述了气温多传感器融合系统解决单一传感器数据缺失和剔除观测异常值等问题从而提高观测数据质量的原理。最后结合系统结构及工作原理对系统的故障排查提出了具体操作步骤,并对日常维护方法进行了介绍,以此加深和提高基层气象台站观测员、设备保障工作人员对观测设备的了解,为其在发现异常数据时提供参考,及时分析异常原因,找出故障并及时排除,确保观测数据的准确可靠。
In order to improve the collection and processing efficiency of air temperature data in surface meteorological observation,and improve the accuracy and continuity of air temperature data.In 2019,the meteorological department of Inner Mongolia carried out the construction task of meteorological guarantee project for mountain torrent geological disaster prevention—the construction of multi-sensor temperature rainfall fusion system.The author introduces the structure of the air temperature multi-sensor fusion system,and analyzes the working principle of each part of the system from the aspects of air temperature sensor,humidity sensor,air temperature fusion controller,etc.The author also introduces the realization process of the fusion algorithm written into the temperature multi-sensor fusion controller in detail,and expounds the principle of the temperature multisensor fusion system to solve the problems of single sensor data missing and eliminating observation outliers,so as to improve the quality of observation data.Finally,combined with the system structure and working principle,specific operation steps are proposed for system fault troubleshooting,and daily maintenance methods are introduced.This deepens the understanding of observation equipment by observers and equipment support personnel,help them to provide reference when finding abnormal data,timely analyze the cause of the abnormality,find out the fault and eliminate it in time,and ensure the accuracy and reliability of observation data.
