摘要
针对传统永磁同步电机电流环自抗扰控制器(ADRC)无法有效地抑制由逆变器非线性等因素引起的谐波扰动的问题,提出了一种改进的重复自抗扰控制器(RC-ADRC),增强了传统自抗扰控制器的谐波扰动抑制能力。该方法利用重复控制器(RC)在谐振频率处的高增益特性对传统自抗扰控制器的控制律进行改进,从而抑制谐波扰动。通过搭建电机对拖实验平台,对所提方法进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,RC-ADRC可以有效抑制由逆变器非线性引起的d-q轴6次电流谐波,同时保留了传统自抗扰控制器的参数鲁棒性和动态性能。
Aiming at the problem that the traditional current loop auto disturbance rejection controller(ADRC)of permanent magnet synchronous motor can′t effectively suppress the harmonic disturbance caused by the nonlinearity of inverter,a revised repetitive-auto disturbance rejection controller(RC-ADRC)is proposed in this paper,which enhances the harmonic disturbance suppression ability of the traditional ADRC.In this method,the control law of the traditional ADRC is improved by using the high gain characteristic of the repetitive controller(RC)at the resonant frequency,so as to suppress the harmonic disturbance.The proposed method is verified by setting up an experimental platform for motor pair dragging.The experimental results show that RC-ADRC can effectively suppress the 6th current harmonic of d-q axis caused by the nonlinearity of the inverter,while retaining the parameter robustness and dynamic performance of the traditional ADRC.
