基于本体与Petri网的智能工厂关键要素语义建模

摘要 针对当前我国缺乏国产智能工厂设计仿真及建模工具的问题,对智能工厂设计仿真过程中涉及到的关键要素语义建模方法进行了研究。在分析了智能工厂关键要素的语义建模需求和相互间的关联关系后,提出了一种利用本体技术与Petri网技术分别对智能工厂关键要素中的静态要素和动态要素进行语义建模的方法,给出了方法的框架和所构建关键要素的实例。最后,基于提出的方法,开发了一个智能工厂设计仿真软件原型系统的语义建模模块,可以实现人、机、料、法、环等静态要素和物料流、信息流、能量流等动态要素的语义建模及数据互通。 To solve the problem of the absence of Chinese developed intelligent factory design, simulation and modeling tools, a study is conducted to research the semantic modeling approach of the key factors that involved in the intelligent factory design and simulation process.After analyzing the semantic modeling requirements and mutual relationships of intelligent factory key factors, a semantic modeling approach is proposed which using ontology technology and Petri-net to model the static factors and dynamic factors in intelligent factory key factors, respectively.The framework of the approach and some cases of the key factors using the proposed approach are given.Finally, a semantic modeling module of a prototype of intelligent factory design and simulation software is developed based on the approach.The module can realize the modeling and data interaction between static elements such as man, machine, material, method, environment and dynamic elements such as material flow, information flow and energy flow.
