摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)疫情已经成为全球性的重大公共卫生事件。当前,我国正值疾病预防控制体系改革和公共卫生体系建设的关键时期,如何科学、有效地对疫情进行监测、预警仍为当务之急。梳理当前疫情防控过程中的共识和存在的问题,提出了重视对环境毒物的研究,加速环境卫生学与传染病学的融合,尽快建立基于污水的病毒流行病学监测体系及风险评估体系,将暴露组学应用于传染病风险评估及管理中的建议。
COVID-19 epidemic has become the major global public health event. At present, the reform of the disease prevention and control system and the construction of the public health system are in the critical period. How to effectively and scientifically monitor and warn the epidemic remains the priority. The consensus and problems in the current epidemic prevention and control process are analyzed. It is suggested to attach importance to the research of environmental toxicants, accelerate the integration of environmental health and infectious disease, establish the virus epidemiological monitoring system and its risk assessment system based on wastewater as soon as possible, apply the exposure omics in infectious disease risk assessment and management.
