基于文本分析的某主流报刊卫生健康领域报道情况分析

Analysis of health reports in the mainstream newspaper based on text analysis

目的了解某主流报刊的卫生健康领域报道情况,探索新闻媒体报道卫生健康领域的评价方法,为评价媒体开展健康知识宣传工作提供参考。方法采用R 4.1.2软件对某主流报刊网络数字报的新闻报道标题进行采集和整理,构建卫生健康领域媒体关注词频指数,并进行文本分析和描述性分析。结果卫生健康领域媒体关注词频指数与新冠肺炎疫情发生发展、相关政策的发布关系密切。2019—2021年,该报刊新闻报道标题中,卫生健康领域词汇主要集中在新冠肺炎疫情相关内容、机构人员、医疗医药医保、疾病、健康行动五大方面。其中,新冠肺炎疫情相关词汇频次远高于其他类别,词频最高的分别是“疫情”“防控”“新冠”“防疫”等。结论新闻媒体对突发公共卫生事件、医疗方面的关注度较高,大卫生、大健康的关注相对较少。

Objective To know the situation of health field report in a mainstream newspaper,and to explore the evaluation methods of health filed report in news medias,in order to provide reference for the evaluation of media in carrying out public health publicity.Methods R 4.1.2 software was used to collect and organize the headlines of the online digital newspaper.The word frequency index of media focus in the health field was constructed and used for text analysis and descriptive analysis.Results The word frequency index of media focus in the health field was close related to the occurrence and development of the epidemic and the policies release of epidemic prevention and control.The headlines of health field reports in the newspaper from 2019 to 2021 focused on five aspects:content related with epidemic,staff of medical and health institutions,medical insurance,disease and health actions.The highest frequency of words were“epidemic situation”“prevention and control”“COVID-19”and“epidemic prevention”etc.Conclusion The news media pays more attention to public health emergencies and medical care,and relatively less attention to comprehensive health and extensive health.
