吉林省地市级疾病预防控制机构营养与健康工作能力现状调查

Investigation of current situation of nutrition and health work ability of prefectural disease control institutions in Jilin Province

目的了解吉林省地市级疾病预防控制机构(以下简称疾控机构)营养与健康工作能力情况,加强地市级营养与健康能力体系建设,推进吉林省营养与健康工作。方法对吉林省所辖地市级疾控机构进行问卷调查、面访询问调查,收集吉林省地市级疾控机构营养与健康工作的相关现况信息。结果吉林省地市级疾控机构共52人从事营养与健康工作。71.1%的人员从事营养与健康工作年限<5年。不同从事营养与健康工作年限的人员去外单位进修营养与健康相关工作的情况比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.822,P<0.05)。专业人员不足和工资待遇分别是影响工作发展和工作投入的首要因素。结论吉林省地市级疾控机构营养与健康工作能力和队伍建设有待加强和完善,存在人员老化、缺乏,技术培训不够,经费投入不足,工资待遇不高等现象。

Objective To know the nutrition and health capacity of prefectural disease control institutions in Jilin Province,strengthen the construction of prefectural nutrition and health capacity system,and promote the nutrition and health work in Jilin Province.Methods Conducting a questionnaire and face-to-face survey on the prefectural disease control institutions in Jilin Province,and collecting the current situation of nutrition and health work of the prefectural disease control institutions in Jilin Province.Results There were 52 people engaged in nutrition and health work in municipal disease control institutions in Jilin Province.71.1%of them had less than 5 years’work experience on nutrition and health.There were significant differences between different length of service in nutrition and health training in higher units(χ^(2)=8.822,P<0.05).Lack of professionals and wages were the primary factors for further development and work input respectively.Conclusion The nutrition and health work capacity and team construction of municipal disease control institutions need to be strengthened and improved in Jilin Province,such as aging staff,lack of professionals,insufficient technical training,insufficient fund investment and low salary,etc.
