摘要
目的探讨湖州地区医护人员对奥密克戎病毒的应激反应情况及影响因素,为制定医护人员心理干预措施提供依据。方法选取2021年1月—2022年3月受奥密克戎病毒影响的湖州地区医护人员为研究对象,采用心理健康自评问卷(SRQ20)对其应激反应情况进行调查,比较SRQ20各条目检出频数分布情况。采用单因素分析、多因素二元logistic回归分析湖州地区医护人员对奥密克戎病毒应激反应的相关影响因素。结果在641名医护人员中,有97人的SRQ20评分>7分,SRQ20阳性检出率为15.13%。多因素二元logistic回归分析结果显示:护士(OR=1.662)、派出机构区域为区/县(OR=1.457)、睡眠时间<7 h(OR=2.045)是湖州地区医护人员对奥密克戎病毒应激反应的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论湖州地区医护人员面对奥密克戎病毒会出现一定程度的应激反应,可以通过采取针对性的干预措施改善医护人员的心理状态,以减少心理应激障碍的发生。
Objective To investigate the stress response of medical staff facing Omicron virus in Huzhou Area and the influencing factors,in order to provide guidance for psychological intervention of medical staff in Huzhou Area.Methods Selecting medical staff affected by Omicron virus from January,2021 to March,2022.The stress responses of all subjects were investigated by Self-Reporting Questionnaire 20(SRQ20),and the detection frequency distribution of each item in SRQ20 was compared.Single factor analysis and multivariate binary logistic regression were used to analyze the related influencing factors of stress response of medical staff facing Omicron virus in Huzhou Area.Results Among 641medical staff,there were 97 cases of with SRQ20 score>7,and the positive rate of SRQ20 was 15.13%.The results of multivariate logistic regression showed that the nurses(OR=1.662),the dispatched offices with districts and counties(OR=1.457)and sleeping time<7 h(OR=2.045)were all risk factors for Omicron virus stress response(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical staff facing Omicron virus in Huzhou Area will have a certain degree of stress response,and the psychological state of medical workers can be improved through targeted intervention measures to reduce the occurrence of psychological stress disorder.
