慈溪市60岁以上老年人发生慢性便秘流行病学调查及相关危险因素分析

Epidemiological investigation and risk factors of chronic constipation in the elderly over 60 years in Cixi City

目的探讨慈溪市60岁以上老年人发生慢性便秘流行病学特征及相关危险因素,为制定针对性预防老年人群发生慢性便秘的科学措施提供参考。方法2021年9月—2022年1月采用便利抽样法抽取2194例慈溪市>60岁老年人作为调查对象,统计老年人的一般资料和发生慢性便秘情况,并采用单因素和多因素二元logistic分析老年人发生慢性便秘的相关危险因素。结果2194例老年人中,有120例发生慢性便秘,患病率为5.47%;多因素二元logistic分析显示,年龄>74岁、高血压、高血脂症、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分>5分、喜食辛辣食物、以肉食为主、每天坐姿时间>5 h、运动锻炼频率≤2次/周、无定期排便均为老年人发生慢性便秘的独立危险因素。结论慈溪市60岁以上老年人发生慢性便秘的几率较高,建议通过调整饮食结构、鼓励老年人参加体育锻炼、定期排便等措施保障老年人的身体健康。

Objective To explore the epidemiological investigation and risk factors of chronic constipation in the elderly over 60 years in Cixi City,to provide reference for the scientific measures for the formulation of targeted prevention of chronic constipation of the elderly.Methods According to convenience sampling method,2194 elderly people over 60years in Cixi City were enrolled as the research objects from September,2021 to January,2022.The general data and chronic constipation were statistically analyzed.The risk factors of chronic constipation were analyzed by univariate and multivariate binary logistic regression analysis.Results Of the 2194 elderly patients,there were 120 cases with chronic constipation,accounting for 5.47%.Multivariate binary logistic analysis showed that age>74 years,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,PSQI score>5 points,spicy diet,meat-based diet,daily sitting time>5 h,exercise frequency≤twice/week,and irregular defecation were independent risk factors of chronic constipation in the elderly.Conclusion The incidence of chronic constipation is higher in the elderly over 60 years in Cixi City.It is suggested to adjust the diet structure,encourage the elderly to exercise,and defecate regularly to protect the health of the elderly.
