杭州市病原微生物实验室人员对生物安全知识认知情况调查

Investigation on microbiology laboratory personnel’s cognition situation of the laboratory biosafety in Hangzhou City

目的了解杭州市病原微生物实验室(以下简称实验室)人员对生物安全知识认知情况,为更好地开展实验室生物安全管理、培训等工作提供依据。方法选取杭州市设有实验室的各级各类单位相关专业技术人员为调查对象,采用自行设计的调查问卷进行横断面调查。结果调查对象23个题目的总得分为(55.98±11.22)分,其中法律法规、基本知识和菌毒种题目的得分情况较差。不同年龄、不同单位类型的调查对象实验室生物安全知识得分情况无明显差异(F=2.342、1.201,均P>0.05),而高职称和高学历组人员得分高于低职称和低学历组,生物技术/生物工程组、医学检验组人员得分明显高于另外两组,实验室检验兼管理组人员得分较高,从事当前岗位3~5年组和>5年组人员得分明显高于从事当前岗位<3年组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。文化程度和主要从事工作类型是调查对象实验室生物安全知识知晓情况的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论应加强实验室人员对法律法规的学习和理解,做好新进人员生物安全知识培训,提高实验室人才招聘标准,扩大实验室生物安全知识覆盖面,不断提高实验人员的生物安全意识和责任感,避免发生实验室生物安全事件。

Objective To know the current situation of microbiology laboratory staff’s cognition of biosafety in Hangzhou City and provide reference for biosafety training and management.Methods A questionnaire survey was used for cross sectional investigation and carried out among technology professionals in various institutions and organizations with pathogenic microorganism laboratory in Hangzhou City.Results The total score of 23 subjects was(55.98±11.22).The scores of laws and regulations,basic knowledge and bacterial species were poor.There was no significant difference in the scores of laboratory biosafety knowledge among the subjects of different age and department types(F=2.342,1.201,P>0.05),but the group with high degree and high title got higher scores than those with lower title and degree.The scores of the biotechnology/bioengineering and medical testing group were significantly higher than those of the other two groups.The scores of the laboratory testing and management group were higher,the group with 3~5 years and more than5 years in current position got much higher scores than those with less than 3 years in current position.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The respondents’education level and the work they mainly engaged were the major factors that influenced their awareness of biosafety in the laboratory(P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen laboratory personnel’s learning and understanding of laws and regulations,ensure comprehensive training of new employees,increase the recruitment requirements for unit biosecurity laboratories,expand the coverage of laboratory biosecurity knowledge,continuously improve the biosecurity awareness and sense of responsibility of experimental personnel,and avoid the occurrence of laboratory biosecurity incidents.
