摘要
目的调查、评估深圳市16家第三方检验检测技术服务机构(以下简称第三方机构)的新冠病毒核酸采样、检测能力,发现问题并提出建议,以提高第三方机构新冠病毒核酸检测能力。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对深圳市第三方机构的基本情况、采样能力、检测能力、储备能力等情况进行调查。结果16家第三方机构共有722名工作人员,医学相关专业524人,占72.6%。其中,检验相关专业290人,占40.2%。16家第三方机构中开展采样服务的12家第三方机构日最大采样量为242500管。16家第三方机构日最大检测量为139000管。仅在第三方机构组织采样的情况下,有7家机构采样能力相较于检测能力有溢出的情况。结论第三方机构规模以中小型为主,在新冠肺炎疫情防控中发挥了重要作用,但是存在各机构间能力不均衡、人员配置不合理、未规范培训工作人员等问题,检测能力有待进一步提升。
Objective To investigate and evaluate the sampling and detection capabilities of COVID-19 nucleic acid of16 third-party institutions in Shenzhen City,identify problems and make recommendations to improve COVID-19nucleic acid testing capacity of third-party institutions.Methods Using questionnaire survey method;and investigating the sampling capacity,detection capacity and storage capacity of the third-party institutions in Shenzhen City.Results There were 722 staff in 16 institutions,524 were of medial related majors,accounting for 72.6%.290 were majored in inspection related majors,accounting for 40.2%.The maximum daily sampling volume was 242500 tubes in 12 thirdparty institutions.The maximum daily test volume of 16 third-party institutions was 139000 tubes.Only in the case of third-party institutions’own sampling,there were 7 institutions whose sampling capacity overflowed compared with their detection capacity.Conclusion The scale of third-party institutions is mainly small and medium-sized,and they play an important role in COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control.However,there is imbalance of capabilities among institutions and irrational personnel allocation,and the detection capacity network needs to be further improved.
