余姚市公立托幼机构消毒质量监测分析

Disinfection quality monitoring of public nursery institutions in Yuyao City

目的了解余姚市公立托幼机构消毒灭菌质量,分析主要风险因素,为改进托幼机构预防性消毒提供依据。方法按照国际标准对托幼机构消毒相关物品进行采样监测。结果2018—2021年共监测40家公立托幼机构各类消毒样品845件,消毒质量总合格率为88.76%。其中,使用中消毒液、直饮水合格率最高,分别为100.00%、94.00%;物体表面总体合格率较高,为90.35%;但是拖把和水龙头合格率较低,分别为55.00%、69.23%。空气、工作人员手二项合格率偏低,分别为67.50%、76.67%。市级公立托幼机构消毒总合格率为91.75%,高于乡镇级托幼机构的86.07%,其中空气、物体表面二者合格率差异明显。结论余姚市公立托幼机构消毒质量总体较好,市级消毒质量高于乡镇级,空气、工作人员手、非常规物体表面(拖把、水龙头)等风险较大,消毒质量急需提高。

Objective To know the quality of disinfection and sterilization of public nursery institutions in Yuyao City,and analyze the main risk factors,so as to provide a basis for improving the preventive disinfection of nursery institutions.Methods According to the national standards of the nursery disinfection of the relevant items for sampling and monitoring.Results From 2018 to 2021,a total of 845 disinfection samples were monitored in 40 nursery institutions,and the total qualified rate of disinfection quality was 88.76%.Among them,the highest qualified rate of disinfectant and direct drinking water was 100.00%and 94.00%respectively.The overall qualified rate of the object surface was higher,accounting for 90.35%,But the qualified rate of mop and faucet was very low,accounting for 55.00%and 69.23%respectively.The pass rates of air and staff were relatively low,which were 67.50%and 76.67%respectively.The overall qualified rate of disinfection in municipal nurseries was 91.75%,higher than that in township nurseries(86.07%),and there was a significant difference in the qualified rate of objects.Conclusion The disinfection quality of public nurseries in Yuyao City is generally good.Municipal disinfection quality is higher than township level,the air,the hands of the staff,the surface of irregular objects(mop,faucet)and other risks are large,and the disinfection effect is in urgent need of improvement.
