国外图书馆战略任务文本内容布局结构研究

Research on the Text Content Layout Structure of Strategic Tasks of Foreign Libraries

[目的/意义]研究国外部分图书馆战略任务布局结构特征,可为我国图书馆战略任务的科学制定及其高质量发展提供借鉴。[方法/过程]基于扎根理论方法,借助NVivo软件,相对随机地抽取10个国家(地区)的图书馆战略任务文本进行质性分析。[结果/结论]研究发现,个性化任务内容阐述与描述中存在“金字塔”式共性结构模型:底部是具有延展性的战略任务内容要素体系框架;中间是依据文本内容要素功能所提炼出的核心类属、优化类属、支援类属模块;顶部是确保内容要素功能实现而存在的迭代优化调节机制结构。

[Purpose/Significance]Studying the structural characteristics of the strategic task layout of some foreign libraries can provide reference for the scientific formulation and high-quality development of library strategic tasks in China.[Method/Process]Based on the grounded theory method, with the help of NVivo software, library strategic task texts from 10 countries were randomly selected for qualitative analysis.[Result/Conclusion]The research finds that there is a“pyramid”type common structure model in the elaboration and description of personalized task content: the bottom is an extensible strategic task content element system framework;In the middle is the core category, optimization category and support category module extracted from the text content element function;At the top is the structure of iterative optimization adjustment mechanism to ensure the function realization of content elements.
