摘要
改革开放以来,中国农业产业在国家促农政策的引领与科技的支撑下取得了长足进步,农产品实现了由短缺到总量基本平衡丰年有余的转变。与此同时,人们的生活方式与膳食模式也发生了巨大变革,逐渐从低热量、低脂肪、低蛋白摄入与高能量消耗的低摄入高消耗模式转变为高热量、高脂肪摄入与低能量消耗的高摄入低消耗模式。这种转变带来中国人身体素质提高与寿命延长的同时,也导致营养失衡、慢性病发病率激增,影响了中国经济社会的发展与中国人幸福感的获得。基于此,需要转变发展理念,推动营养型农业的科技应用与推广,推进农产品供给侧结构性改革,为中国居民的膳食提升转型和生命健康提供新方式和新选择,为建设健康中国和实现乡村振兴提供新方案,落实健康中国战略。
Since the reform and opening-up, China’s agricultural industry has made great progress under the guidance of the national policy of promoting agricultural industry and the support of science and technology, and agricultural products supply has realized the transformation from the shortage to the basic balance of the total amount. At the same time, great changes have taken place in people’s lifestyle and dietary mode, gradually changing from the mode of low intake and high consumption of low calorie, low fat, low protein intake and high energy consumption to the mode of high intake and low consumption of high calorie,high fat intake and low energy consumption. This transformation has brought about the improvement of Chinese people’s physical fitness and the extension of life expectancy, but also led to the nutritional imbalance,the incidence of chronic diseases surge, affecting China’s economic and social development and the acquisition of happiness of Chinese people. Based on this, it is necessary to change the development philosophy, promote the application and promotion of science and technology in nutrition-oriented agriculture, enhance supply-side structural reform of agricultural products, provide new approaches, new technologies and new products for improving nutrition and ensuring health of China’s urban and rural residents, provide new plans for building a healthy China and realizing rural revitalization, and implement the healthy China strategy.
