受损空心板梁预应力碳纤维板加固后成效研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究严重受损空心板梁经预应力碳纤维板加固后的承载能力和使用性能,以S305富衢线松溪桥拆卸得到的空心板梁先经破坏试验再预应力碳纤维板加固后进行承载能力试验,研究严重受损空心板梁预应力碳板加固的可行性和有效性。结果表明:预应力碳纤维板加固可以有效限制梁的极限变形,增大开裂后的梁体刚度,加固后试验梁体刚度恢复约75%;加固后的试验梁相比加固前承载能力提升至少13.5%;加固可以有效抑制或延缓梁体开裂,减小裂缝宽度。 In order to study the bearing capacity and service performance of the severely damaged hollow beam reinforced with prestressed carbon fiber plate, the hollow slab beam which is disassembled from the songxi bridge of fuqu line S305 is first subjected to failure test and then reinforced with prestressed carbon fiber plate for carrying capacity test, so as to study on the feasibility and effectiveness of prestressed carbon plate reinforcement for severely damaged hollow slab beams. The results show: prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement can effectively limit the ultimate deformation of the beam. Increasing the stiffness of the cracked beam, the stiffness of the test beam body is recovered about 75% of after reinforcement, the bearing capacity of the reinforced test beam is increased by at least 13.5%;reinforcement can effectively inhibit or delay cracking of the beam, and reduce crack width.
