响应面分析法优化棉籽加工废液的脱色工艺 被引量:2

摘要 以棉籽加工废液为处理对象,脱色率为评价指标,通过对比活性炭粉、活性炭粒、氧化铝(Al2O3)、非极性大孔吸附树脂、极性大孔吸附树脂5种脱色剂对棉籽加工废液的脱色效果,确定最佳脱色剂种类,并通过设计单因素试验和响应面试验对棉籽加工废液的脱色工艺进行优化。结果表明,活性炭粉对棉籽加工废液的脱色效果优于其他4种脱色剂,选用活性炭粉作为棉籽加工废液的脱色剂;通过响应面优化,得到最佳脱色工艺条件为pH4.7、脱色温度65℃、脱色时间47 min,在此条件下,棉籽加工废液的脱色率可达96.29%。 Taking cottonseed processing wastewater as the treatment object and the decolorization rate as the evaluation index,this research compared the decolorization effects of five decolorizers,namely activated carbon powder,activated carbon granules,alumina(Al2O3),nonpolar macroporous adsorption resin,and Polar macroporous adsorption resin,so as to determine the optimal decolorizer. The decolorization process of cottonseed processing wastewater was optimized by designing single factor experiment and response surface experiment. The results showed that the decolorization effect of activated carbon powder on cottonseed processing wastewater was better than that of other four decolorizers. Therefore,the activated carbon powder was selected as the decolorizer of cottonseed processing wastewater. Through the optimization of response surface methodology,the optimal decolorization process conditions were pH4.7,65 ℃ of decolorization temperature,and 47 min of decolorization time. Under these conditions,it was verified that the decolorization rate of cottonseed processing wastewater reached 96.29%.
