摘要
房建项目中地下室管线布置复杂,是设计中需重视的部位,也是施工困难的部分。相对传统CAD技术难以达到复杂管线在三维空间的理想排布,该文通过黄石科创中心项目地下室机电管综BIM模型应用,尝试在施工阶段提出一种新的解决方案,供类似项目参考。
In housing construction project,the layout of basement pipeline is complex,serious and hard part.It is difficult for traditional CAD to achieve ideal layout of complex pipelines in three-dimensional space.Through the application of BIM model of electromechanical management in the basement of Huangshi Science and Innovation Center project,this paper attempts to put forward new solution in construction stage as a reference for similar projects.
