摘要
植物嫁接是一种古老的农业生产技术,现已广泛应用于农业生产中。为更好地成功运用嫁接技术,了解接穗和砧木间愈合过程的互作,对选择砧、穗高效组合至关重要。从水分代谢和酶活性、矿质营养、内源激素、基因交流与调控方面综述砧木对接穗产生的生理生化及分子方面的变化,以期为植物嫁接理论的发展及进一步的深入研究提供参考。
Plant grafting is an ancient agricultural production technology,and has been widely used in agricultural production.In order to better successfully use the grafting technology and understand the interaction of the healing process between rootstock and scion,it is crucial to choose the efficient combination of rootstock and scion.This paper reviews the physiological,biochemical and molecular changes of water metabolism and enzyme activity,mineral nutrition,endogenous hormones,gene communication and regulation,in order to provide a reference for the development of plant grafting theory and further in-depth research.
