摘要
以激素、切根处理已长出胚根的流苏树种子,研究化学和物理方式对流苏树胚芽发育情况的影响。结果表明,赤霉素处理流苏树胚根种子对胚芽发育具有明显的促进作用,切根处理具有抑制作用,其中,40mg/L的赤霉素浸泡胚根种子24 h可有效打破胚芽休眠期,提前5 d萌发;切根处理使胚芽萌发滞后近7 d。
In this experiment,hormones and root cutting were used to treat the seed embryos of Chionanthus retususa.The results showed that gibberellin treatment of the radicle seeds could significantly promote the development of the plumule,while root cutting treatment could inhibit the development of the plumule.Among them,soaking the radicle seeds with 40 mg/L gibberellin for 24 h could effectively break the dormancy period of the plumule and germinate five days earlier.However,the root cutting treatment delayed the embryo germination by nearly 7 days.
