摘要 [目的]建立利巴韦林与β-受体激动剂的UPLC-MS/MS检测方法,提高食品检测人员检测效率。[方法]被测样品中的利巴韦林与β-受体激动剂用β-盐酸葡萄糖醛苷酶/芳基硫酸酯酶酶解,用高氯酸调节pH,沉淀蛋白后离心,上清液用异丙醇-乙酸乙酯提取,经固相萃取柱净化,以甲酸/水-甲醇溶液为流动相,采用电喷雾电离离子源在正离子模式下检测。[结果]该方法利巴韦林在1~100μg/kg线性关系良好(R^(2)>0.999);9种受体激动剂在0.25~50.00μg/kg线性关系良好(R^(2)>0.999)。利巴韦林在禽肉及畜肉中的检出限均为1.0μg/kg,9种受体激动剂的检出限均为0.25μg/kg,回收率在84.6%~108.0%,RSD为1.6%~5.2%。[结论]该方法可以将利巴韦林与β-受体激动剂同时检测,检出限达到要求,可用于各种畜禽肉中利巴韦林与β-受体激动剂残留量的定量检测,节省检测成本,提高效率。 [Objective]To establish an UPLC-MS/MS method for the detection of ribavirin andβ-receptor agonists,and to improve the detection efficiency of food inspectors.[Method]To test samples of ribavirin andβ-receptor agonists inβ-glucuronidase/aryl sulfatase enzyme solution,with perchloric acid to adjust pH,protein deposition after centrifugation,supernatant with isopropyl alcohol-ethyl acetate extraction,purification by solid-phase extraction column,with formic acid/water and methanol solution as mobile phase,using electrospray ionization ion source detection in the positive ion mode.[Result]The linear range of ribavirin was 1-100μg/kg(R^(2)>0.999),and the linear range of nine receptor agonists was 0.25-50μg/kg(R^(2)>0.999).The detection limits of ribavirin in poultry and livestock meat were 1.0μg/kg,and the detection limits of nine receptor agonists were 0.25μg/kg.The recovery rate was 84.6%-108.0%,RSD was 1.6%-5.2%.[Conclusion]This method can simultaneously detect ribavirin andβ-receptor agonist,and the detection limit can meet the requirements of national standard.It can be used for the quantitative detection of ribavirin andβ-receptor agonist residues in various livestock and poultry meat,saving the detection cost and improving the efficiency.
