做好脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的有效衔接机制——基于云南省西畴县的实践调研

An Effective Connection Mechanism between Poverty Alleviation and Rural Revitalization——Based on the Practical Investigation of Xichou County,Yunnan Province

推进巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接,是巩固脱贫攻坚成果、防止返贫致贫、建立农村低收入人口和地区监测帮扶机制,实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的工作统领。立足于西畴县的实践调研,通过对西畴县脱贫攻坚战取的得成效总结、乡村振兴现状进行分析及发展面临的机遇和困难挑战,为西畴县脱贫攻坚工作转到乡村振兴工作过渡期内,做好脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴衔接相关机制。

Promoting the effective connection between consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization is the work command to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,prevent returning to poverty,establish a monitoring and assistance mechanism for rural low-income population and regions,and realize the effective connection between consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Based on the practical investigation of Xichou County,this paper summarizes the results of poverty alleviation in Xichou County,analyzes the current situation of rural revitalization and the opportunities,difficulties and challenges faced by development,and how to do a good job in the connection mechanism between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in the transition period from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization.
