Construction and Improvement of Agrometeorological Service and Rural Meteorological Disaster Prevention System

在迅速发展的社会经济推动下,各行各业均处于持续发展变化过程中,农业生产活动也步入了崭新的发展阶段。其间,农业气象服务和农村气象灾害防御工作的关键地位越发凸显,关乎着乡村地区农业生产活动的效果,也决定着生产活动是否可以抵御气象灾害的不利影响。为此,分析了农业气象服务的发展现状,阐述了农村气象灾害防御体系的构建意义和流程,并切实地针对农业气象服务和农村气象灾害防御体系的完善提出了相应的策略,以期农业气象服务取得更进一步发展。

Driven by the rapid development of social economy, all walks of life are in the process of sustainable development and change, and agricultural production activities have entered a new stage of development. The key position of agrometeorological services and rural meteorological disaster prevention work has become increasingly prominent,which is related to the effect of agricultural production activities in rural areas, and also determines whether production activities can withstand the adverse effects of meteorological disasters. Therefore, this paper analyzed the development status of agrometeorological services, expounded the construction significance and process of the rural meteorological disaster prevention system,and put forward corresponding strategies for the improvement of agrometeorological services and the rural meteorological disaster prevention system, in order to make further development of agrometeorological services.
