摘要 使用温湿度、负压传感器安装在管道上作为定型机烟气净化系统的监测装置,由FX3U-4AD模块接收负压传感器的电流信号,根据当前采集值和目标设定值,经由PLC内部的PID程序步算法得出输出量,最后由485BD板通信精确控制引风机变频器的频率,从而达到烟气管道的恒定负压状态。这种新的负压引风控制方法,不仅能有效解决定型机烘箱的水汽和维持安全运行条件,还能显著降低定型机的用电量和天然气的耗用,既高效又节约成本。 The negative pressure sensor was installed on the pipeline as the monitoring device of the flue gas purification system of the shaping machine.The FX3U-4AD module received the acquisition signal of the negative pressure sensor.The output was obtained through the PID program step algorithm inside the PLC.According to the current acquisition value and target setting value,the frequency of the draft fan frequency converter was controlled by 485BD board communication,so as to achieve the constant negative pressure state of the flue gas pipeline.This new negative pressure induced draft control method can not only effectively eliminate the water vapor in the oven of the shaping machine and maintain safe operation condition,but also significantly reduce the power consumption and natural gas consumption of the system,which is efficient and energy-saving.
