养老服务产业职业教育发展探究

Research on Development of Vocational Education in the Elderly Care Industry

快速人口老龄化增加了养老服务产业需求,在经济新常态下,随着有知识、有文化、有经济实力的人群步入老年期,对养老服务产业提出了更高的要求。目前我国养老服务产业发展,尤其是养老服务人才的培养远远不能满足新时代老年人的养老需求。品质养老已成趋势,为解决老年人的健康问题,满足他们的健康需求,提供个性化优质的养老服务,缓解社会压力,提高老年人的晚年生活质量,探究发展养老服务职业教育,促进养老服务产业健康发展尤为重要。

The rapid aging of the population has increased the demand for the elderly care industry.Under the new normal economy,as more and more people with knowledge,culture and economic strength become old,higher requirements were put forward for the elderly care service industry.At present,the development of China′s elderly care service industry is far from meeting the needs of the elderly in the new era.In order to solve the health problems of the elderly,meet the health needs of the elderly,provide personalized services,relieve social pressure,improve the life quality of the elderly in their late years,it is particularly important to explore and develop the vocational education of the elderly care and promote the healthy growth of the elderly care industry.
