反井钻配合混凝土输送泵在溜煤眼施工的应用

摘要 在招贤煤矿施工1303机巷溜煤眼工程中,通过采用LM-120型反井钻机施工导硐后,再进行扩刷支护,采用HBMD30/13-90S型混凝土输送泵配合振动棒进行浇筑,整个溜煤眼自反井钻机进点、扩刷至溜煤眼连接件和放煤嘴安装完成仅用13 d,实现了溜煤眼安全、高效快速施工,取得良好的效果和效益。 In the coal slip hole project of the 1303 machine roadway in Zhaoxian Coal Mine, after adopting the construction guide of the LM-120 type anti-well drilling rig, the expansion support was carried out, and the mixed HBMD30/13-90S type concreting soil transfer pump with vibrating rod was used for pouring. The installation of the whole coal slip hole self-reversing well drilling rig entry point, expansion brush, to the coal slip hole connection and coal drawing nozzle was completed in only 13 days, which realized the safe, efficient and rapid construction of the coal slip hole, and achieved good results and benefits.
