Study on Technology of Roof Cutting and Pressure Relief and Retaining Roadway Along Goaf in Medium-thick Coal Seam of Huangling No.1 Coal Mine

摘要 以黄陵矿业一号煤矿1009工作面为研究背景,通过理论分析、数值模拟、现场工业性试验等综合分析方法进行沿空留巷研究。结果表明,1009辅运顺槽处在应力降低区范围内,巷道变形量整体较小,切顶预裂爆破孔在深度3 m出现裂隙并沿孔深持续发育,1009工作面支架载荷峰值为37.4 MPa,采空区顶板随着工作面循环推进及时垮落。 Taking the 1009 working face of No.1 Coal Mine of Huangling Mining Industry as the research background,the roadway retaining along goaf is studied by comprehensive analysis methods such as theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field industrial test. The results show that the 1009 auxiliary transportation groove is within the range of stress reduction area, the overall deformation of roadway is small, the pre-splitting blasting hole of cutting top appears cracks at the depth of 3 m and develops continuously along the hole depth, and the peak support load of the 1009 working face is 37.4 MPa. The roof of goaf collapses in time with the advance of working face circulation.
