从尘气分离机理入手,分析和介绍含尘气流流动特性、粉尘从气流中的分离条件及机理;阐述了湿式除尘设备包含的除尘机理;从筛网液膜过滤机理、液膜静平衡理论和液膜形成与破碎理论3方面研究了筛网液膜过滤理论,为今后湿式除尘设备的研究与发展提供了理论基础。

Starting with the mechanism of dust-gas separation, this paper analyzes and introduces the characteristics of dust-containing air flow, the separation conditions and mechanism of dust from air flow, and expounds the dedusting mechanism of wet dedusting equipment. The theory of screen liquid membrane filtration is studied from three aspects: screen liquid membrane filtration mechanism, liquid membrane static balance theory, liquid film formation and breaking theory, which provides a theoretical basis for the research and development of wet dedusting equipment in the future.
