摘要
针对济三煤矿通风系统存在风机负压偏高、采区部分外围闲置巷道未及时封闭等问题,提出了两种优化方案,借助VSE软件建立三维通风仿真模型,解算矿井通风网络数据,对两种方案优化效果进行综合分析。结果表明,在井田西部掘进两条西区边界大巷作为进、回风巷,可以解决风机负压高、采区风量紧张的问题,满足现场安全生产的需要。
In view of the problems existing in the ventilation system of No.3 Coal Mine, such as high negative pressure of fan and untimely closure of some idle roadways in the periphery of the mining area, two optimization schemes are put forward. With the help of VSE software, a three-dimensional ventilation simulation model is established, the mine ventilation network data are calculated, and the optimization effects of the two schemes are comprehensively an-alyzed. The results show that the problems of high negative pressure of fan and tight air vol-ume in the mining area can be solved by digging two boundary main roadways in the west of the mine field as entry and return air roadways, and meet the needs of on-site safety produc-tion.
