摘要
煤矿采煤工作面粉尘浓度普遍严重超标,需要高效降尘技术进行治理。根据伏岩矿3109回采面实际工况设计了泡沫抑尘技术、液压支架架间喷雾、回风巷全断面水幕帘进行综合粉尘防治。实测结果表明,采煤机下风测10 m处降尘率达到了92.3%和90.5%;水幕帘后方3 m处的全尘和呼尘降尘率分别达到了95.6%和94.1%。
The dust concentration in coal mining working face generally seriously exceeds the standard, which needs to be controlled by efficient dust reduction technology. According to the actual working conditions of the 3109 mining face of Fuyan Mine, the foam dust suppression technology, the spray between the hydraulic support frame, and the full section water curtain of the return air roadway are designed for comprehensive dust prevention and control.The measured results show that at 10 m downwind of the shearer, the dust reduction rate reaches 92.3% and 90.5%,and the dust removal rate of total dust and exhaled dust at 3 m behind the water curtain reaches 95.6% and 94.1%,respectively.
