摘要
针对李雅庄煤矿井下充填泵站搅拌桶制浆能力不足的问题,设计了4搅拌桶交替制浆和高速制浆系统两种方案。4搅拌桶制浆能力10.4 m^(3)/h,注浆泵停机时间占比45.4%。高速制浆系统增加了气控定量水箱和高速搅拌机,通过定量快速加水和超高速涡流搅拌,制浆能力达24 m^(3)/h,超过注浆泵最大能力19.2 m^(3)/h,满足注浆泵连续工作,现场用时73 d提前完成空巷充填。
Aiming at the problem of insufficient mixing bucket pulping capacity of underground filling pump station in Liyazhuang Coal Mine, two schemes of alternating pulping with 4 mixing barrels and high speed pulping system are designed. The pulping capacity of 4 stirring barrels is 10.4 m^(3)/h, and the downtime of grouting pump accounts for 45.4%. The high speed pulping system adds air control quantitative water tank and high speed mixer, and the pulping capacity reaches 24 m^(3)/h through quantitative rapid water feeding and ultra high speed eddy current stirring. It exceeds the maximum capacity of the grouting pump 19.2 m^(3)/h, which satisfies the continuous operation of the grouting pump,and the filling of empty roadway is completed ahead of schedule in 73 days.
