摘要
针对义棠城峰煤业010102工作面DTL100/80/315型输送机卸载点粉尘浓度过高、煤流速度大的问题,设计了缓冲除尘装置并进行应用。结果表明:卸载点粉尘浓度从285 mg/m^(3)降低至28.7 mg/m^(3),到达下级输送带的煤流速度从4.2 m/s降低至1.18 m/s,设备跑偏断带等故障率降低至3%以下。
In view of the problems of excessive dust concentration and high coal flow velocity at the unloading point of the DTL100/80/315 conveyor in the 010102 working face of Yitang Chengfeng Coal Industry, a buffer dedusting device is designed and applied. The results show that the dust concentration at the unloading point is reduced from 285 mg/m^(3) to 28.7 mg/m^(3), the coal flow velocity reaching the lower conveying belt is reduced from 4.2 m/s to 1.18 m/s,and the failure rate of equipment running and breaking belt is reduced to less than 3%.
