摘要 为了解决刮板输送机在运行过程中负载变化大、运行能耗高、磨损严重的不足,以提高刮板输送机运行经济性和安全性为目标,提出了一种基于PLC的采煤机与刮板输送机联动控制技术。通过对刮板输送机煤量变化规律和负载电流的动态监测分析,设立了一种协同速度规划控制逻辑。实际应用表明,该联动控制方案,能够将井下刮板输送机运行能耗降低24.2%,将刮板输送机运行速度降低19.6%,极大地提升了刮板输送机的运行稳定性和经济性。 In order to solve the shortcomings of large load change, high energy consumption and serious wear during the operation of scraper conveyor, in order to improve the economy and safety of scraper conveyor, a linkage control technology of shearer and scraper conveyor based on PLC is put forward. Through the dynamic monitoring and analysis of the changing law of coal quantity and load current of scraper conveyor, a kind of cooperative speed planning control logic is established. The practical application shows that the linkage control scheme can reduce the operating energy consumption of the underground scraper conveyor by 24.2%, reduce the running speed of the scraper conveyor by 19.6%, and greatly improve the operation stability and economy of the scraper conveyor.
