ZF13000型液压支架远程监测与控制系统设计研究

摘要 对ZF13000型液压支架实时状态监测和动作控制进行远程监控系统研究,系统主机为本安型防爆计算机,通过程序控制实现液压支架移架、急停与闭锁、支架立柱压力、推溜位移等实时状态监测自动监测功能,系统可以远程控制液压支架切换就地、远程、集控三种模式,并能够完成液压支架控制在线参数修改,提升液压支架远程监控与控制智能化。 The research on the remote monitoring system of real-time condition monitoring and action control of the ZF13000 type hydraulic support is carried out. The host of the system is an intrinsically safe explosion-proof computer.Through program control, the functions of real-time condition monitoring and automatic monitoring, such as hydraulic support moving frame, emergency stop and lock, support column pressure, push displacement and so on, are realized.The system can remotely control hydraulic support to switch between local, remote and centralized control modes,and can complete the hydraulic support control on-line parameter modification, improve the hydraulic support remote monitoring and control intelligence.
