摘要
为解决特厚煤层孤岛工作面矿压问题,基于山西同忻矿8102工作面矿压显现分析,若按常规支护措施,无法保证工作面两巷安全稳定,确定采用两巷卸压和“锚索吊挂工字钢梁”补强支护方案,并采取更换新的液压支架以增加支护阻力,以及工作面切眼水压致裂和地面水压致裂措施,使巷道围岩移近量控制在25 cm以内,满足日常生产需要。
In order to solve the mine pressure problem of isolated island working face in extra-thick coal seam, based on the analysis of mine pressure behavior of the 8102 working face in Tongxin Coal Mine of Shanxi Province, it is impossible to ensure the safety and stability of two roadways according to conventional support measures. Determine the use of two roadway pressure relief and "anchor cable hanging I-steel beam" reinforcement support scheme, and take the replacement of new hydraulic support to increase support resistance, and face cutting hydraulic fracturing and surface hydraulic fracturing measures. The surrounding rock movement of the roadway is controlled within 25cm to meet the needs of daily production.
