摘要
煤矿勘查中深孔钻探过程中存在工艺路线不完备等现象,提出一种结合工艺设计、布孔、开孔、钻进、退钻探底、完孔参数六个步骤的工艺流程,并分析钻进高压内排屑能量流动。研究结果表明,当钻渣半径为0.88mm、钻渣浓度为51.7%、钻孔深度为8 m时,冲洗液的压力为16.3 MPa。深孔钻探成孔工艺成孔率高,能为矿井瓦斯灾害管理提供指导性的建议。
There are some phenomena such as incomplete technological route in the process of deep hole drilling in coal mine exploration. A process flow combining six steps of process design, hole layout, hole opening, drilling,drilling bottom withdrawal and hole completion parameters is proposed, and the energy flow of chip removal in drilling high pressure is analyzed. The results show that when the radius of drilling slag is 0.88 mm, the concentration of drilling slag is 51.7%, and the depth of drilling is 8 m, the pressure of washing fluid is 16.3 MPa. The hole forming technology of deep hole drilling has a high hole forming rate, which can provide guiding suggestions for mine gas disaster management.
