摘要
针对亭南选煤厂采用人工调制的絮凝剂化学溶液,操作职工往往根据经验确定化学溶液使用量,该操作方式会因为加药量不准确,而造成效果不理想,再次施工会造成职工劳动强度加大等问题,通过建立闭路控制的“智能化加药系统”,采用前馈加反馈的方式实现浓缩机自动加药,无人值守,减少了巡检人员在固定地点作业时间,为亭南选煤厂及煤矿的数据化管理技术奠定理论基础。
Aiming at the fact that the artificial flocculant chemical solution is used in Tingnan Coal Preparation Plant,the operators often determine the amount of chemical solution according to their experience, and the effect of this operation mode is not ideal because the dosage is not accurate. The second construction will cause the labor intensity of the workers to increase and other problems. Through the establishment of closed-circuit control "intelligent dosing system", using the way of feedforward and feedback to realize the automatic dosing of the thickener, no one is on duty. The working time of patrol personnel at fixed locations is reduced, which lays a theoretical foundation for the data management technology of Tingnan Coal Preparation Plant and coal mine.
