摘要
新冠肺炎疫情与早春茶生产及销售旺季重叠,导致多地茶市闭市,给全国茶叶产销带来了一定程度的影响,多地出现了茶叶滞销的状况。本文旨在帮助各地滞销茶业设计销售路线,找到最佳组合的销售途径与组合,从而降低成本,实现茶叶销售的高效流通。通过分析,本文选取茶园面积、干毛茶产量、干毛茶产值、出口数量、出口额、互联网普及率6个指标,使用熵权TOPSIS评价法,对2019年全国34个省级行政区的相关数据进行分析。以浙江、福建、江西和湖北4省作为交易网络产地所在省份,以广州、杭州、重庆、西藏和香港为销售地所在省份,使用最小生成树算法构建交易网络。最终得出结论:茶叶产地选择以影响力为导向;茶叶销售以用户体验最佳为目标;茶叶途径多样化。
The novel coronavirus pneumonia overlaps with the peak season of production and sales of early spring tea, resulting in the closure of many tea producing cities, which has brought a certain degree of impact on the production and marketing of tea in the country, and many of them have been unmarketable. This paper aims to help local unsalable tea industry design the sales route and find the best sales way and combination, so as to reduce the cost and realize the efficient circulation of tea sales.Through the analysis, this paper selects six indicators: tea garden area, dry wool tea output, dry wool tea output value, export quantity, export volume and Internet penetration rate, and uses the entropy weight TOPSIS evaluation method to analyze the relevant data of 34 provincial administrative regions in China in 2019. Taking Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangxi and Hubei provinces as the origin provinces of the trading network and Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Chongqing, Tibet and Hong Kong as the sales provinces,the minimum spanning tree algorithm is used to construct the trading network. The final conclusion is: the choice of tea producing area should be oriented by influence;Tea sales should aim at the best user experience;The ways of tea should be diversified.
