Research on Practical Innovation of Production-education Integration and School-enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Education of Agricultural Colleges

深化产教融合、校企合作是职业教育内部完善的需要,同时也是培养新时代职业人才的需要。然而,在推进时遇到不少困境,需要发挥出政府、学校和企业各自的优势。本文从制约产教融合、校企合作的因素出发,提出适合农科院校高职教育产教融合、校企合作的“一个平台,一个中心,一个团队”实践创新。有利于培养高素质劳动者和技能型人才,进而推动整个社会进步。

Deepening the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation are the needs of the internal perfection of vocational education and the training of professional talents in the new era. However, many difficulties are encountered in the process of promotion, and the respective advantages of the government, schools and enterprises need to be brought into play. Based on the factors restricting the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation,this paper puts forward the practical innovation research of "one platform, one center, one team" suitable for the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education of agricultural colleges and universities. Conducive to the training of high-quality workers and skilled talents, and then promote the progress of the whole society.
