摘要
为防止鸟类活动造成电力设备运行故障,设计了一种基于红外感知的变电站鸟类定向驱散装置,用于开展鸟类定向瞄准驱散。通过改进的图像模板匹配方法,完成鸟类目标识别与定位,然后基于比例微分积分算法实现鸟类的指向性跟踪与驱散。实验室测试与现场试验表明,所设计的变电站鸟类定向驱散装置具有定位精度高、跟踪速度快的特点,能够有效实现定向驱鸟功能。
In order to prevent the operation failure of power equipment caused by bird activity,a substation bird directional dispersion device based on infrared perception was designed for bird directional aiming and dispersion.Through the improved image template matching method,bird target recognition and positioning were completed,and then the directional tracking and dispersion of bird was realized based on PID algorithm.Laboratory test and field test show that the designed substation bird directional dispersion device has the characteristics of high positioning accuracy and fast tracking rate,and can effectively realize the function of directional bird dispersion.
