摘要
在对超高强度钢D406A的化学成分、力学性能等进行分析的基础上,提出超高强度钢椭球面叉形零件的切削加工工艺。通过选用合理的刀具材料、切削参数,编制合理的数控程序,对超高强度钢椭球面叉形零件进行切削加工,获得良好的加工质量,并取得较高的生产效率。
On the basis of the analysis of the chemical composition and mechanical property of ultra-high strength steel D406 A,the cutting process of elliptical Y-type part of Ultra-high strength steel was proposed.By selecting reasonable tool material and cutting parameters,and preparing reasonable NC program,the ellipsoidal Y-type part of ultra-high strength steel is cut and processed,so as to obtain good processing quality and achieve high production efficiency.
