本文通过对比分析国内外航空应急救援现状,总结出我国航空应急救援存在的问题,提出通过构建航空应急救援服务平台,建立起航空应急救援需求方与提供方的服务平台,充分调动通航企业参与应急救援的积极性,提高应用通用航空器高效应对各类灾害事故的救援能力,并开展了航空应急救援服务平台总体架构设计、应用流程设计和系统功能设计。

In this article, through analysis of present situation of domestic and international aviation emergency rescue, summarizes the problems existing in the aviation emergency rescue in our country, put forward by constructing aviation emergency rescue service platform, set up aviation emergency rescue of the demand and supply service platform, fully arouse the enthusiasm of the Chinese shipping enterprises to participate in emergency rescue, improve the efficient application of general aircraft ability to cope with all kinds of disaster relief, The overall architecture design, application process design and system function design of the aviation emergency rescue service platform are also carried out.
