五行能量罐治疗1例髂胫束综合症患者的效果观察及护理

Effect of five-element cupping therapy in the treatment of iliotibial band syndrome and related nursing management:a case report

本文回顾1例髂胫束综合症患者行五行能量罐治疗的效果及护理措施。在中医辨证理论指导下,取督脉、足太阳膀胱经、足少阳胆经、阳维脉、阳跷脉之经络,运用五行能量罐循经治疗。治疗后患者疼痛明显减轻,行走距离增加。

This paper reviewed the clinical data of 1 patient undergoing five-element cupping therapy for iliotibial band syndrome.Under the concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine syn⁃drome differentiation,the five-element cupping therapy was carried out on Governor Vessel(GV),bladder meridian of Foot-taiyang,Yang-wei meridian and Yang-qiao meridian.The pa⁃tient’s pain was relieved and walking distance was increased after treatment.
