This paper summarized the nursing management of disorder of the venous return from the hand in a hemodialysis patient.The body fluid retention of the patient was evaluated before taking adequate dialysis and surgical treatment.A comprehensive nursing strategy including skin care,internal fistula maintenance,psychological support and health education were carried out.Early intervention and targeted nursing are necessary for symptom relief and postoperative rehabilitation.
