多元化护理干预防治混合痔术后尿潴留效果观察

Effect of diversified nursing interventions on the prevention and treatment of postoperative urinary retention of patients with mixed hemorrhoids

目的探讨多元化护理干预防治混合痔术后尿潴留的效果。方法选取2018年5月—2019年6月收治的60例行混合痔手术治疗的患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组。对照组30例采用常规护理干预,观察组30例采用多元化护理干预。评价干预效果,对比两组患者术后首次排尿时间、术后首次尿量、术后尿潴留发生率、膀胱内残余尿量。结果观察组术后首次排尿时间短于对照组,术后首次尿量高于对照组,术后膀胱内残余尿量(RUV)低于对照组,尿潴留发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率96.67%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论多元化护理干预可有效改善患者排尿困难,降低混合痔术后尿潴留发生风险。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of diversified nursing intervention on the prevention and treatment of postoperative urinary retention in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods From October 2018 to June 2019,60 patients undergoing surgery for mixed hemor⁃rhoids were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional nurs⁃ing intervention,and the observation group was treated with diversified nursing interventions.The total effective rate,time of first urination,volume of first urination,incidence of postopera⁃tive urinary retention and bladder residual urine volume(RUV)were evaluated respectively.Re⁃sults The time of first urination in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).The volume of first urination in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Postoperative bladder RUV in the observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.01).The incidence of urinary retention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(96.67%vs.70.00%,P<0.01).Conclusion Diversified nursing interventions are potentially effective to relieve dysuresia symptoms and reduce the risk of urinary retention after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids.
